However, I am not here to preach, I know that our modern, faced-paced world can be very demanding. More often than not, we just forget about proper hydration. I have been there as well. Then, we end up feeling tired, moody and with a headache. Oh, great excuse for another cup of coffee only to end up more dehydrated and stressed out. Of course, a nice cup of coffee can be a great treat and I have nothing against it, however, what we should really focus on is creating the foundation of hydration.
