People always ask me: I want to try to eat “more alkaline” but what the heck do I eat? Well, the good news is that following the alkaline diet is not as hard as many gurus make it to be. First of all, it’s not about perfection, it’s about progress. Also, the alkaline diet is not about eating 100% raw (unless of course you want to). There are many different ways to go about it (for example, some people go fully vegan, some don’t, some go vegeterian and some simply decide to add more plant based foods into their diet and reduce animal products at the same time). It’s up to you what you decide to choose. My goal is to provide you with simple, easy and nutritious recipes that don’t require spending hours in your kitchen. These are also fantastic to detox and help you add more fresh raw or almost raw foods into your diet. Whatever it is that you eat, always try to serve it with a big bowl of salad. You can never go wrong with that! So there we go ladies and gentlemen, some of my latest recipes! Of course, remember that nothing is set in stone. Easy & Refreshing Alkaline Soup Recipe Anyone Can Make!
What makes this soup special? It’s easy, fresh, extremely alkalyzing and great for warm days! Cucumbers are very good for flushing out toxins from the body and therefore aiding weight loss, they also help to provide the skin with essential minerals such as magnesium, potassium and silicone (this is what makes them super alkaline!).
