OK, the worst scenario is that you find it at least bearable and doable and just carry on because you want to achieve your goals. Now, what would happen if you stopped? All your hard work would be for nothing, because you would need to start again and getting started is the most difficult part. ‘Go to the gym every day’, ‘You have to go to the gym every day’, ‘It just has to be done!’
This is what you may hear from many fitness coaches or personal trainers. Are they right? Of course they are! If you want to tone up, lose weight or gain muscle or simply refresh and feel better in your body- going to the gym everyday or at least 4 times a week is a MUST.
