Alkaline Lifestyle & Foods part 1: Alkaline Veggies
Just as I promised in one of my previous blog posts that included general alkaline charts, I will be now chunking it all down and analyzing all foods in detail so that you can learn which fruits, veggies, grains, supplements, drinks, nuts, legumes and other foods are alkaline and which ones are acidic. In this “episode” we are going to cover all alkaline veggies, which is, without any doubt, the easiest lesson, as almost all vegetables are alkaline. However, it is good to know that some of them are super alkaline and some of them are moderately/mildly alkaline. I have marked the most alkaline veggies as “Highly Alkaline” and if you are struggling with low energy levels I suggest you start alkalizing it up with them (as soon as you can!).
