Weight Loss with the Alkaline Diet: It’s about Eating Right!
Easy & Delicious Alkaline Juice Recipe to Help You Burn Fat and Have More Energy!
How to Stay Healthy in Unhealthy Environments
I recently got an email from a reader and they wanted to confide in me about a problem that is not uncommon- how to stay motivated and carry on your health journey if everyone around you does the opposite? That person told me she enjoyed a healthy, plant-based inspired lifestyle for more than 10 years…Then, because of her work/ business, she was forced to move to a rather depressing part of her country where most people are not at all interested in any holistic transformation. Not to mention any basic self-care. Now, it takes her more than an hour to drive to get some healthy stuff. In the local stores in her area, people actually conform to unhealthy foods because, again, most people don’t care what they eat. To make things worse- she feels laughed at whenever she shows any interest for a healthy lifestyle…In the end, she put on weight, got a bit depressed and asked me for support to get back on track. She asked me for tips and resources on living a healthy life in an unhealthy town…how to break free from bad environments….In her own words: “I can’t even find yoga-it’s that bad. I guess I’ve hit rock bottom and am just looking for support in any way. I appreciate all you do and put out into the world” Continue reading

Ashwagandha for Stress Relief, Weight Loss & Wellness
Ashwagandha is an ancient Ayurvedic healing herb that has been used for centuries to heal a wide variety of conditions. This powerful herb is best known for its restorative benefits. In the Sanskrit language, Ashwagandha translates to “the smell of a horse”. This translation indicates that the herb conveys the agility and strength of a stallion. Traditionally, this herb has been administered to people to help them strengthen their immune systems following an illness.
This herb belongs to the same family as the tomato plant does. It bears red fruit that is close to the size of a raisin, which grows inside of its yellow oval-shaped leaves and flowers. The Ashwagandha plant can be found in drier regions of India, the Middle East, and Northern Africa. Today, you can also find it going in milder climates, including some places across the United States.
There are many applications of Ashwagandha in the modern world. It is still used to boost and strengthen immune systems, but can also be used for a variety of other reasons. If you tend to struggle with symptoms such as stress, fatigue, lack of energy, or difficulty concentrating, adding Ashwagandha to your diet can help alleviate these symptoms and refresh your sense of wellbeing. What makes this soup special? It’s easy, fresh, extremely alkalyzing and great for warm days! Cucumbers are very good for flushing out toxins from the body and therefore aiding weight loss, they also help to provide the skin with essential minerals such as magnesium, potassium and silicone (this is what makes them super alkaline!). Garlic not only adds great flavour to this soup, but it is another great food for detoxing your system, and the capsicum in the chili adds to the immune-boosting benefits of this soup. Lime juice helps to improve digestion and so it further aids in detoxing the system and boosting weight loss. Coconut water is high in electrolytes and is known to be the ultimate thirst quencher. Can This Program Really Help You Look and Feel Amazing?
I have been receiving many questions about the Total Wellness Cleanse Program lately, and since I have been through the program twice myself (and I will do it again), I wanted to give you my honest opinion and what you can expect from it.
Some of the questions I got from my followers were: “But isn’t it just another online health scam?” or “How can I know I can trust this guy”, or: “I am not too sure if I can commit to a cleanse”, or” But Marta, you always say you are not a proponent of drastic cleanses and weird detoxes- these are your own words”. Well, in this blog post, we are going to dive deep into the philosophy behind the Total Wellness Cleanse and we will also “investigate” its co-creator, Yuri Elkaim. I hope that the information I present in this post, will help you make a decision so that you know whether this program is actually for, as well as when it’s the best time to commit to it and how to go about it.
Re-connect with Your Body, Mind, and Soul and Do What’s Right for You. And ONLY FOR YOU.
I always say that the simplest solutions are usually the best. I really believe it’s true. It’s just that US, humans have this weird talent to overcomplicate things. For years, I believed that in order to master health, I needed to know all about the latest diets and super foods or spend tons of money on spas, coaches, extravagant healers, exotic supplements and herbs from the other side of the world. I believed I did not know enough. Yesterday’s superfood becomes today’s banned food. The latest research shows you should cut off this and that. But the guru Xxx says you will thrive if you add more of it into your diet and that it can prevent cancer. OMG! Too much information…Yet too much information can produce scarcity. I am just about to show you how.
